The gong is a powerful reset button for your whole energy system, which will clear and balance the mental, emotional and physical components nourished by this energy.
We will start with a few stretches and breathing, then a Kundalini Meditation for Peace (11 mins on the 11th day of the 11th month), followed by a Gong bath, where you lay down under your blanket and do nothing!!
Please bring: yoga mat (sheepskin or a thermorest is great), WARM blanket, cushion for meditation (or use your blanket to sit on), eye covers provided

Yoga & Cacao Ceremony

Please join me for a New Moon (and almost Samhain which marks the midpoint between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice) session of Kundalini Yoga to stimulate your intuitive powers, and a Sacred Cacao Ceremony. Cacao is a special plant medicine for these times of great transition that powerfully opens the heart and connects you to your Heart & Soul’s wisdom.
If you feel a little lost, in need of some guidance in any area of your life, need to make some important decisions or just want to become clearer about who you are, where you are going and what your purpose is, then please join me.
The first part will be yoga (suitable for all levels), then the greater part will be the Cacao Ceremony. This involves setting intentions, Osho Zen Tarot Cards, drinking a ceremonial grade and dose of cacao (dissolved in hot water), then lying down for a guided visualisation and sacred drumming.
We will use the finest ceremonial grade Cacao from a sustainable, fair trade source in Guatemala.
Please bring: a yoga mat/sheepskin/camp mat, warm blanket & water, + eye cover/scarf, notebook for journalling. Wear whatever feels good ❤️ ( extra cushions are also good, or even a thin inflatable camp/thermorest type mat). Please eat a light lunch so the stomach is relatively empty for yoga and absorption of the cacao, and avoid caffeine right before. Please let me know if you have a heart condition or are on antidepressant medication before booking.
